Chocolate Engineering are now able to offer chocolate experiences at our Brackley based workshop.
Over the course of half a day, we will introduce you to the origins of chocolate, take you on a journey of how a dry, brittle little cocoa bean is transformed into a smooth, melt in the mouth piece of chocolate, and then we will get our hands dirty with an expansive production schedule encompassing half scale helmets, lollipops, fun figurines and more.
We run these half day courses every Saturday and Sunday, with up to 4 persons in each session. If you have a larger group, please reach out and we will see if we can accommodate you.
You will not only leave us with a greater understanding of the origins of chocolate but also with a selection of the goodies you created during your time with us.

The ideal storage temperature for chocolate is between 16-20C so we advise that you keep your chocolates in a cool, dry cupboard away from strong odours and moisture.
