Shipping policy

Our processing time for orders placed from Monday to Friday is 3-5 days but it can extend to 2 weeks during busy periods such as Christmas and Easter. 

UK Shipping

We offer Royal Mail 1st Class & Royal Mail 1st Class Signed delivery to most mainland UK addresses. We can also offer UPS courier shipping. 

International Shipping

We offer Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery to most countries. We can also offer UPS courier shipping. Please note that import duties may be chargeable by the courier before you receive your goods.

If your order has not arrived, please check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn't work, contact us by sending an email to matthew@chocolateengineering.com, tell us what you bought and your order number. we'll help you out. 

Delivery is free on orders over £150.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Chocolate Engineering Ltd cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address. 

Orders can be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed, they may not be cancelled. 

We do not include any paperwork with the parcels. A confirmation email including the invoice/receipt will be sent immediately after you place your order.
